Rent or Buy? How to Decide

This is the question I get the most — and it's a fair one.

Rent when:

• You'll wear it once (guest at a wedding, a themed event)
• It's a statement piece you can't justify keeping
• You want the designer look without the designer price

Buy when:

• You'll wear it more than once (a classic you can re-style)
• It needs to fit you — made-to-measure means no compromise
• It's for your own big day, or something you'll treasure

The truth is, most of us buy too much and rent too little. A gown you wear once for $150 beats one you buy for $400 and never touch again.
